CHICKEN SOUP
One large can and one small can of Swanson or College Inn
chicken broth.(low sodium and /or low fat)
If you can't get the large can, use5 or 6 small cans.
--pinch of saffron
--4 sprigs of celery(stalks)
--one medium onion( I know you don't like onions but this
is a must if you want the flavor to be just right)
--1 or 2 carrots
--half bunch of parsley
--1/4 of small head of cabbage cut up in chunks
If using white meat,wash and remove skin and fat, cook in
broth for 15 minutes before you put veggies in then add veggies and cook for 15 minutes.
Add a few black pepper corns
